I missed this one at the cinema and have only got round to watching this tonight. This is very quickly up there among my favourites. Amazing powerhouse performances from Jackson and Ricci. Christina Ricci makes a very good screwed up girl, she does it well. She's hurt and in a bad way, screwing up and throwing away her life. Jackson has also seen a massive amount of hurt in his life. A coincidence leads Lazarus to a beaten and left for dead Rae, together they manage to help each other deal with their scars. Ok, so it's not Sunday family viewing material but it's definitely one that deserves some attention.
