Books on your wishlist.
What books are you hoping to get in the future, either as gifts or ones you pick up yourself? I'm currently eyeing up this selection.

Jesus Gims...That's a lot of books... I've got almost all of the O'Brian ones...they're superb...

I've got my eyes on this at the moment http://www.play.com/Books/Books/4-/3492911/The-H-P-Lovecraft-Collection-Necronomicon/Product.html

I'd recommend these...Published by Arkham House...they are the absolute definitive Lovecraft editions...

To be honest if I walk into any bookshop and pick up the first book that comes to hand, I'll want to read it. My wish-list includes so many things that I could spend my whole life reading and still never finish everything. At the moment though I want especially to read anthing (and everything) by Bernard Cornwell, Simon Scarrow and Patrick O'Brian, Tom Holt and Malcolm Pryce, because they've all been reccomended to me. I'm not going to put up picures of every book every one of those guys has ever written. :P These two I'm asking for for christmas, along with anything by the above authors... One day I'd like to own a proper bound edtion of Lord of the Rings and The Chronicles of Narnia, but I'd never throw away my old battered copies. I'd just like to have ones to read to my kids/nieces/nehews/assorted children that come my way, because my copies will fall apart f they're read many more times.

I'd like to get this book

Electric Sheep- 12-19-2007

Homer- 01-01-2008

I've had this on my wishlist for ages... It's quite pricey tho, and if you get one of the first published copies, there's a series of frames of Kubrick's own home-edited version of 2001. That it was sliced up to go in the book as an ultra-rare collectors' item is a crying shame, but if you want a piece of film history, that's as good as anything!

I've only ever seen this in the flesh once, it looks amazing. I'd love to get a copy. It reminds me slightly of this book, but I haven't seen it for a few years now There's one on Amazon for the kingly sum of £450. I should start saving :D
