Curry.....*dribbles* I bloody love the stuff, I've also started making my own and it has been such a success with friends and family (I now get them calling and asking me to make a batch) I thought I would share....also anyone else a curry fan? Have your own things to add, please do! I'm after a recipe for Tikka as it happens...
Indian Curry
Ingredients
2-3 large onions (diced)
1 1/2 pounds of diced chicken or beef
2 tablespoons tomatoe puree
2 cloves of garlic
1 pint of chicken or beef stock
2 tablespoons of oil
salt to taste
Spices
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Medium curry powder
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
n.b (all spices to be blended together and added to pan dry)
Directions
Fry onions and garlic in oil until soft, add tomatoe puree, mix well and cook for 30 seconds. Add dry spices to pan, mix well and cook for a further 30 seconds. Add stock slowly and keep stirring until mixture boils, add the meat and stir well, lower heat and cook on rolling simmer for approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Do not cover pan, stir occasionally add salt if required and serve.

Bubba's a bit of a wuss when it comes to spicy stuff though so I guess this won't feature much on the menu when we're out in future... :D
