Yeah , absinthe is crazy stuff indeed. A mate who used to live in Czech Republic was a great source for the proper wormwood/thujone laced brain-killer. Parties at his used to be a real riot - sometimes literally :twisted:

The Chocolate Orange.
Ingredients:
One shot of Courvoisier / brandy.
One shot of Tia Maria / chocolate liqueur
One shot of Cointreau / orange liqueur
3/4 of a pint of Guinness.
Mix the spirits into the bottom of a pint glass, stirring to make sure they mix. Top up the glass with the Guinness et voila, a liquid (and highly alcoholic) Terry's Chocolate Orange.
Drink.
Fall over. :mrgreen:
