Bee Movie Ok at best, meh at worst. Looks pretty but that's about all I can say for it. 2/5

Enchanted Very witty and fun, the number that is sung in the park, I actually wanted to applaud. Obvious plot line, but we all need a bit of fluff now and again. 4/5

The Hustler 5/5 Now to watch The Color of Money!

Weirdly, I've seen it before, but never seen The Hustler! I'll rewatch it tho, having now seen The Hustler, even if Tom Cruise does annoy me slightly - it's still got Paul Newman in it (one of my favourite actors), and it's still directed by Scorsese!

True...Newman is awesome...As is Scorsese,when he decides it's a 'real' job...

Enchanted - Pretty cool but lots its way a bit at the end. Strangely when Sarandon came into it. Which is odd because she usually brightens any film 2.5/5 Alvin and The Chipmunks - Loved it. Really cool movie. The chipmunks are funny when they are not singing and even funnier when they are. Adorable. 3.5/5 Daddy Day Care - Again I quite liked it. Tosh that it is. Lots of fart and nappy gags. But it distracted my daughter for a while and she is pretty discerning. 3/5 The Upside of Anger - I loved it. Costner is so great in these roles he really is. What can you say about Joan Allen that has not been said ? She is a guarantee of quality. Mrs. Ethan stayed awake through it. I cannot tell you what high praise that is. 4/5 Paranoid Park - Pretentious tosh. I have several problems with this film. What happened to a story being told in a linear fashion. I like it when the story starts at the beginning there is a middle then an end. I hold Memento to blame. Since then everybody is in on the act. Its nearly as big a cliche as 'intertwining stories' another gimmick that drives me mad. What is infuriating about this film is the premise is really good. A kid accidentally kills a security guard then wrestles with the guilt. Its a good story and then Van Zant fucks it up by mixing up the story, losts of different camera angles, soft focus, hard focus different camera effects. Just tell the fucking story man ! A wasted opportunity 1.5/5

Lord of the Rings: Return of the King Just love the battles, especially Gimli's comment the killing of an oliphont by Legolas still counts as just 1 is fantastic! 5/5

Balls of Fury- Pretty silly, but good fun, and a who's who of familiar faces pop up 3/5

Pretty good, it has it's moments, but it still pales in comparison to The Maltese Falcon. 6/10
