I am Legend Enjoyed it but I found the dark seekers pretty crap and it would of been better if we had more of Robert Nevillie loneliness. The film could of easily been 2 and a half hours and built up more tension 7/10

Bridge to Terabithia was one of the films of 2007 for me. Brilliant film, stupendous acting, and one heck of a scene just past half way. Although, I forbid anyone from saying what that scene is.

Bridge to Terabithia is an amazing film. Bubba, the Funklet and me all sat in the cinema crying our eyes out! It's one of those that words just don't do it justice.

A vast improvement on The Omega Man. However, I much preferred "The Family" to the "Dark Seekers"; the former being elegant, intelligent and proving no need for CGI which ultimately ruined the latter for me. There was no need for them to be entirely CGI (only needed for the climbing and certain movements, in my opinion) and the dumbing down just didn't seem right. Having not read the novel I don't know if the creatures were meant to be "vampires", as in The Omega Man or "zombies", as in I Am Legend and 28 Days/ Weeks Later. I think Will Smith gave a good performance, and he's still looking good!

Got to admit i prefer the family from Omega man as well Love the shades

Highlander: The Source Its worse than Number 2 and they even redone Princes of the Universe and shhoved that on the soundtrack:roll: 3/10

I think Will Smith gave a good performance, and he's still looking good! In the book they are vampires rather than rabies infected zombies as portrayed in I Am Legend. I really enjoyed it until it turned into a Michael Bay style guns and explosions movie as I thought the first two thirds of the film were excellent and I couldn't agree more about the CGI. I get irritated when directors seem to think a computer is a cureall for special effects. Again, I have to agree with you on Will Smith. Damn he looks good in that film, I'm insanely jealous of his physique.

Bridge to Terabithia is an amazing film. Bubba, the Funklet and me all sat in the cinema crying our eyes out! It's one of those that words just don't do it justice. I'm glad someone else had this reaction. Me and my sister couldn't stop sobbing. I was totally not expecting that to happen! I thought I Am Legend was an okay film, but I agree with everyone about the CGI. It made me jump a lot and I thought the tension kept up well but the Dark Walkers got a bit silly towards the end. Will Smith is hot however, and I thought he did brilliantly to basicaly carry the whole movie on his shoulders, without him it wouldn't have been half the film it was. Last night I watched Ice Princess A very very guilty pleasure. It's really really cheesy and awful but at the same time utterly wonderful. I love a film that are so predictable I can actually say the lines before they come out of peoples mouths.

He was excellent, particularly in the video store scene "Please say "Hello" to me" I also saw The Ice Princess the other day. A great film it isn't but it cheap and cheerful fun.

The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford (2007), a poetic, slow-burning but visually splendid Western from writer/director Andrew Dominik. This has Jesse James (Brad Pitt), now older and alot more tortured now than in his heyday. One of the newest additions to his reformed gang is the young Robert Ford (Casey Affleck), who idolises him. But, a series of events, including double-crossing and betrayal, leads to the titular event. A really good film, it's slow, (though it's meant to be), and the performances are top notch, (especially our two leads), but much kudos goes to British cinematographer Roger Deakins for his majestic, awe-inspiring camera-work. :) 5/5

Top film - my second fave of 2007. The soundtrack is great, too.

Unknown - Plot is a group of people wake up in warehouse nobody knows who each other are. So they try and unravel it over next 90 minutes. Pretty average film anyway. Made worse by repeated twists at the end. Pretty dull. 3/10

Homer- 01-09-2008

Sounds a bit like Cube, but without the interesting sci-fi elements.
